- TSTammie SearsOct 3, 20192.0I messed up, spanked one of my kids, it was an awful experience but what mad e it worse was the treatment of the employees at necco. People who were nice to me suddenly wouldnt even acknowledge my existence except to give me dirty looks. Just goes to show, when you are well everyone is good but the second you mess up they turn their backs and treat you like you have a deadly disease. I foster through necco, lots of kids need loving homes, some for a short while, some are needing adoptive parents. Only thing I'd change is to actually get the kids I'm offered instead of being one of a dozen who gets the call before they decide which of us is the best fit.
