Needless to say, I never heard anything back from the facility reached out around May 1st in regards to the status of the waitlist and they could not give me an estimated time on when they would have openings. Such a waste of my time and totally unprofessional.

Quality and convenience are very important to us, and we had been to two previous daycare facilities before coming to CN that did not meet those needs. CN is conveniently located for us, as well as their other locations around Lexington. The quality of the center is great too. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and takes the time to really get to know each family. I have referred friends and family to this location in the past, and will continue to do so. Thank you to the wonderful staff for not just doing your jobs well, but always going above and beyond to make our girls happy, which in turn makes me happy! :)

We transferred here from another CN location about 2 months ago and have been completely happy with our decision. It is so nice to walk in to the center each morning and each afternoon being greeted by all of the staff members with them wishing you a good day/good evening. They make leaving my daughter a little bit easier because I know that she is in good, loving hands. The entire staff seems genuinely happy to be there and to be working with the children. The layout is awesome & it's amazing to see what she is learning. I LOVE the fact that recently, on Patriot Day, they took our children out with the American flag and red/white/blue stars to say the Pledge of Allegiance. I love that it is faith based and they have the children say prayers before each meal/snack. These are things we teach at home but it's awesome to have it being reinforced in the childcare setting. Thank you Hamburg staff for being amazing!
