- TSTara SSep 14, 20251.03 women from this church came to my door tonight, not only did they look upset over my halloween decor (tis the season) but they decided to have a conversation that my doorbell recorded about what kind of men they find attractive. This is not the first time they have knocked, my fiance has been the one to answer the past two times and told them that we already have a church and are not interested, so I assume they were expecting him again. They banged on my door 3 times until I came to answer, mind you I have been up working since 3:30am and have another 3:30am shift in the morning so I was already in bed and did not want to be bothered. I opened the door and asked them to not come back and reminded them that they are not supposed to be knocking on doors in our community as we have a no solicitation policy. They assured me they aren't selling anything, which I understand, but they are knocking and disturbing the residents in our community. I am completely turned off by this whole interaction and even if I was looking for another church, this would not be the once I chose based of of this experience.
