I would give a 0 star if able. The way my granddaughter has been treated at this day care has been a complete nightmare. On multiple & I mean multiple occasions my granddaughter came home with bite marks from another child. My daughter tried on many occasions to have this issue correctly addressed to staff & each time was told they would take care of it. My granddaughter was bit 19 times & photos have been taken all 19 times. I will push my daughter to report this day care as I already have done. No baby should be chewed on by another child and it happen this many times. Then the punch line is that the staff decided to kick my granddaughter out who is 3 & been in this day care for over a year for behavior issues but will allow the same child bite my granddaughter 19 times & nothing get done. Absolutely no justifying 19 times!! I've reported to the state & so has several others. Shame on this day care for allowing a child to be treated as such.

You failed your student. How many others have you failed? They are a very interesting group of people, upper management and some leads within the classrooms. Everything should be easy for them and no complications. In their small world view, all kids should be the same and behave the same. If the square does not fit into the circle the square is the problem. I am very disappointed in the situation they created and the situation they put my child into. Pay close attention to how they react to situations and the office staff along with mannerisms of the office staff. Pay attention to how they move children up according to their standards and not what is best for the child as they "age out" of a room so they can continue to bring more kids in for revenue. Not to mention how much it stinks in there, horribly. They staff that is responsible for the kids and care is overall great, however the few that run it and some of the leads are not so great at all and have no business in this line of work.

The teachers are all wonderful, the leadership is wonderful, and the small class sizes are wonderful. I love Kids and Cribs.
We used another daycare that was more expensive and it was not close to the level of care our daughter gets at Kids and Cribs.

My child goes here and they are amazing. Everytime I go ( at different times of the day) the teachers are always on the floor playing and interacting with the kids. They are always so nice and friendly and greet each child by their name at drop off. They also plan so many fun activities for the kids like water days where they play outside with sprinklers and water tables. They send out weekly activities that your child does and update you on feedings/diaperchanges and even pictures! They go above and beyond and really exceeded my expectations.

We have had a great experience at Kids & Cribs. Our son has attended since he was 2 and has had wonderful teachers who have been teaching at K&C for many years. It is a family business and the director/owner is on-site every day. They build a great sense of community among the students which is exactly what you want as a parent. Can't say enough good things!
