I withdrew my toddler after 6 weeks. I paid extra for the breakfast club and saw that sometimes he didnt receive any. When I raised this, I didn't get a reply. I just found the vibe odd - some teachers really looked miserable. Other kids seemed happy though so I wouldn't say this was a terrible institution but I just couldn't be bothered with the radio silence so found another daycare.

I see all the good reviews for this facility and wish I could give one as well. My kids attended this daycare for only 1 year and within that time it was several times it was a handful of new staff and not just one or two. Makes you wonder why. When I first enrolled my kids at this daycare on their first day my daughter I told them had allergies was given those items still because her allergy card was not put up and then I received calls about my daughter mouth itching her really bad. When I enrolled my daughter I also let Mrs.Samia know my daughter was in the process of being diagnosed with autism. So I expressed she shows challenging behaviors sometimes. We came up with a plan to use a behavior chart to try to work on it. About 4-5 days later she was kicked out of the school. Once the director’s husband heard she was doing better at another facility he offered for her to come back. But why would I bring her back when your staff didn’t have any patience with her? They leave their milk out on the counter during breakfast not even on ice to keep it cold. My 1 year old was out on the toddler playground and she was allowed to eat dirt because they “couldn’t” stop her. When I picked her up she had dried mud all over her mouth and hands the teachers didn’t even try taking her to the bathroom to wipe her off and it’s right beside the playground. I sent an email to the director and her husband letting them know how upset I was and I would report them if the situation happened again. By the next week the director’s husband was threatening to call CPS on me for my kids not being in car seats. Which according to CPS my kids age and weight were ok for them not to be in one. He blamed “other parents “ for reporting the car seat but at that point my kids have been already at the facility for almost a year. They charge you for breakfast which is always a bread and spread or cereal with warm milk. They charge almost $100 for 1 day so hopefully you have backup childcare if their school is closed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. It’s only a handful of teachers who ACTUALLY seem like they want to be there. They’re overpriced for their teachers to barely do anything.

This school is amazing. We have been so happy here after having some struggles with previous daycares. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable and always great at communicating with us! They treat every kid like they are so special. The teachers are all great, the admin is extremely organized, hard working, and willing to help ensure the success of the school at all times. They go all out on every event and take time to make sure each holiday, graduation, or event feels thought out and special. The owners are very present and always make it a point to stop and talk to us and make sure our needs are being met. We appreciate them so much and would recommend them highly to everyone looking for great childcare!
