  I’ve never previously utilized childcare, so finding a great place I knew I could trust was really important to me, also knowing the providers would love on and care for my kids exactly as I would. LGA has really exceeded my expectations! My older two children love when they’re able to go and ask to go constantly, my 9 month old goes daily and loves it. Within a week of going he started sitting up on his own, pulling to stand, and trying to cruise while standing! His face lights up when he sees his teachers, no tears at drop off even though he’d never been away from me prior, and on days he doesn’t go you can tell he’s bored without all of his friends. Instantly it felt like he was part of a family, everyone remembered his name and loved on him like they’d known him his entire life. There is no better peace of mind than feeling safe and confident in people caring for my baby. As an employee, I also have so much praise. Working as a mom with young kids can be challenging but everyone at LGA is so understanding and willing to jump in to fill gaps when needed. I’m a nursing mom and was nervous about having to start pumping when I never have had to before, Ashley and Sean are so helpful at finding me adequate time to pump whenever I need BUT they also allow me to nurse my baby if needed. Ashley was so kind and encouraging to me today, knowing pumping has been stressful, and encouraged me to nurse and bond with my baby during my pump break rather than pumping- that really was a great moment of encouragement she gave me and helped alleviate a lot of stress and anxiety I was having. I’m so thankful to be part of this team and I have the best coworkers.

  We’ve had such a wonderful experience at LGA. It’s clear the children are the number one priority and are truly valued and cared for, which is rare and so appreciated. Ms. Kendrea is a wonderful infant teacher. She keeps the babies engaged with songs and stroller walks, and it’s obvious how much she cares. Ms. Shannon and Ms. Brooke have also been incredible with our oldest daughter, especially as she’s naturally shy and sometimes needs extra help feeling comfortable. We’re so grateful to have found such a warm and supportive environment for our girls.

  We have been so pleased with the care our children are receiving at TLG Westfield. Ms. Brynn has been such a phenomenal teacher for my toddler and Ms. Kendrea, Ms. Meghan, Ms. Jania, Ms. Lainey and everyone else in the infant room are so caring and attentive to our baby. While they are not perfect (because nobody or institution is), they have handled every issue/incident with great professionalism and care. It’s unrealistic to think that any center or child care institute won’t mess up but what is really telling is how those mistakes are handled. I have been so pleased with how Ms. Ashley and the team have communicated and handled the issues. We’re very happy we made the switch to TLG!

  We have been with Learning Grove Westfield since soon after they opened. We have loved them. They do a great job getting the right teacher in our rooms and helping them with their own special needs. Miss Brooke has done a great job with our daughter and explaining why she didn’t get to go to kindergarten yet.

  This academy will do well in Westfield, Ms. Ashley and her team are phenomenal. They even have a STEM room!!!! I had a great tour experience.
