- KYKim YoungJun 11, 20251.0Today I had the worst customer service experience ever, I went to pick up some paperwork from Darrin, at Washington Park North, he comes out of his office, didn't even have the courstey to acknowledge me...couldn't find the paperwork, he had such a nonchalant attitude he has shown no interest in my concerns at all since I've paid my bill off in full. I've been waiting on a call back since Memorial weekend...I'm so disappointed in the service he has provided...In December I went to visit my husband and fell in the mud trying to find his resting place, my clothes and shoes were destroyed and NOONE at Washington Park North seemed to care...Omg I'm just lost for words...This has NOT been a pleasant experience for me at all...
