We provide ground burial, above-ground crypts, family crypts, and cremation options to fit every tradition, belief, and budget. Our two spacious event rooms feature lounges with refrigerators and coffee makers, with food and beverage service available. - LHLavonne HarperDec 12, 20251.0My mom was buried at Floral Park Cemetery on December 5th it was the very worst experience I’ve ever had. She was to have a graveside burial however the cemetery did not communicate with our funeral home director and at the last minute it went from graveside to the chapel. I pull up to the chapel and my entire family is standing out in the cold and my mother’s casket was just sitting in the parking lot, her vault was literally hanging on the crane in front of the building. The funeral director asks the construction workers what was going on and they said there was a problem with the grave and we couldn’t have the service there. We finally get the casket inside the chapel say a prayer and were told that we could go to the grave site but couldn’t get out of our vehicles we could only watch from the road. They literally lifted my mother’s casket into the vault while in the parking lot in front of our entire family, very traumatic experience. Needless to say I was on the phone with the cemetery office that following Monday and have literally been ignored, ghosted with no resolution. They refuse to answer my calls, messages or voicemails. I do not recommend using this cemetery.
