Sorry to say the assistance with most recently deceased has been very unprofessional at almost every step in final arrangements for our loved one. No contact with family for days after picking up the body, no call back when promised. Several times our contact was with a "new" person who doesn't no anything about arrangements previously made. There is a list of redidiculosness.
