His memorial service at the beginning of April was wonderful. He was also tasked with getting our dad to the funeral home for his burial service at the beginning of June. I called the cemetery the day before the planned burial and they had no information. The cemetery (Lincoln Memorial Gardens in Whitestown) was helpful and accommodating for the huge error made by the funeral home. The day of the service at the cemetery, our father was not there! When the cemetery called the funeral home, the funeral home claimed they had it down the following day and at a different time. The director, Jerry Roberts was incredibly unprofessional. Our family watched and discussed our plan with him in April and saw him write down the plans we had set. He was in such a hurry to "close the case" that he did not follow up on an unfinished plan. He did not contact me or anyone else in our family to apologize for his error. I do not recommend using this location for your funeral planning needs.
