At The Goddard School located in Mokena (New Lenox), we're more than just a daycare. The Goddard School is a private preschool, offering childcare to infants and toddlers to pre-k. Our programs are designed to nurture each child's curiosity in a safe and caring environment.
As a parent, we’re all looking for a childcare that includes a safe, supportive, educational, & clean environment. This childcare school is just that and more! The owners, Neel & Dolon, are nothing but welcoming and caring. From the moment I toured the school, I loved it! I was given a thorough explanation on what the school is all about and what is offered. The teachers genuinely care about their students, their development, as well as happiness. My son is always excited and ready to go learn at this school! I love that this is not just a “childcare” but more of a school & the curriculum is great! I HIGHLY recommend this childcare school to any parent looking for a nurturing & safe experience!

Both of my children attended Goddard. My daughter attended for about 2 years before she graduated and moved on to kindergarten, and my son for 4 years. Overall, our experience was very positive! My kids had some great, loving and supportive teachers, and I never felt that either kid was in an unsafe environment. Teachers were very communicative and we had great customer service whenever we reached out. The only issue we saw at times was high turnover of some of the teachers. I felt that it would come in waves, and several would resign at the same time. But otherwise, their curriculum is great, my kids both learned a lot, and I would send them back there again if I had to do it all over again.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE…They hire anybody and allow people to work without a criminal background check…They feed the kids scraps their always hungry…Plus the teachers do not follow the curriculum…The owners are just in it for the money you will never see them touch or embrace any child…Also your child will be moved from class to class because they are always short staffed.I guarantee your child will
Never have the same Teacher more then a month…WHATS LOOKS GOOD IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD FOR YOU GODDARD IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF THAT

Goddard school is AWESOME! Change is good and with change GREAT THINGS HAPPEN!
I enrolled have 2 Daughters in this school and EVERY SINGLE DAY, they LOVE waking up to go to school. When they come home from school they instantly tell me the Letter of the day and what they learned at school! My youngest is on the shy side and I’m watching her become a little more open everyday. I was told about the changes that were happening in my children’s class as far as the teachers were concern, and I liked the fact that they told me upfront. But never the less my children has been learning since day 1. I feel informed of their daily activities and I hear the joy in their voices as they prepare for the next day. The teachers are Great and 1 assistant teacher Takiya ( think that’s how it’s spelled) is AWESOME with the kids, both my children have talked about her from being in their classes. As a business owner myself, I see the Goddard school owners working hard in finding & hiring the best teachers to teach the children that come to their school! I wish them great success in finding good QUALIFIED, loving, caring , teachers for their school! Your children and my children deserve just that!

Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
