  Amazing experience at VCA! We moved from NYC and only had a nanny prior. I love how the school keeps us posted on our kids throughout the day and the events/community. Special shout out to Mrs. Jackie and Ms. Becca for taking care of our pre-k kid and making her feel welcomed. Also, Ms. Bridget and Ms. Zlata who helped our very scared 2 year old transition smoothly. She now loves going to school and is so happy.

  Have had nothing but great experiences here with all 3 of our kids, as young as 2 and as old as 8 with their school-age summer camp. Highly recommended.

  We absolutely love VCA! Mrs. Jackie, Ms. Drea, and Ms. Randi have been such a blessing for our family. They treat our child with so much love, patience, and genuine compassion. You can tell they care deeply about each child’s well-being and growth, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our little one is in such good hands when we can’t be there.

  This is an exceptional daycare that has managed to create a true sense of community for the children and their families. The warmth and love one finds here is what makes this place so special and above assembly line childcare franchises. The director and teachers will frequently engage parents in conversations about the children’s learning, what’s working, if there is something to change for the good of the child. To me, that’s a mark of excellence. They know my child, and may notice if he didn’t get enough sleep, for instance. We have attended VCA since 2016. Everyone who works there knows the children's names and their families. Teachers stay, and seem genuinely happy and supportive. Children are treated with kindness and exposed to a solid learning curriculum. My child has learned more about early literacy at VCA than from his Blue-Ribbon elementary school. His VCA class portfolio and language skills communicating what he learned in his room are evidence that good learning happens here. Beth, the VCA director, coordinates valuable enrichment experiences for the kids (the language and literacy programs, Stem, sports, dance, music), that would be difficult to organize for working parents due to lack of availability of late schedules for enrichment classes or driving times. Where else can my child access the obstacle course class for gross motor skills in the discovery room in the morning, speech therapy before lunch, and piano classes in the afternoon, all in one day, and while I am at work? The family event nights such as pizza night, Halloween dance party, Christmas with a real Santa Claus taking orders, farm field trips, visit to the Firehouse, theater plays, the DuPage Children’s Museum…. are so exciting and memorable perks for the children, and it goes without mentioning that these are all critical experiences that add to early exposure. To put it simply, we love VCA!
