- GDGary DorsayNov 8, 20254.0This is an independent living facility. They are completely rehabbing this facility. Parking is a problem there. The apartments are on a rental basis. Meals are included on a points system. They provide weekly cleaning service. They have social functions too. There is a memory care section of this facility. They also will transport residents up to 8 miles away for medical and or shopping needs. It's a very nice facility.

The rooms themselves look amazing - large and open spaces, full of natural light, and tons of storage. The facility is undergoing a total renovation so every space will be brand new, and the drawings promise a very stylish interior. Convenient location, too!

The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is going to be absolutely stunning with all new amenities, great resources, and a perfect location. Although my parents decided to stay in their current home for a bit longer, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking.
