A grateful thank you to the compassionate staff at LaBella Of Edwardsville. Thank you, Angie, the social services director for your unwavering dedication, not only during my father‘s 18 month stay at your facility, but all of your help once he left. Matt, the business office manager went above and beyond with financial advice. His knowledge, care, and compassion was a true gift to our family. I can’t stress enough, how the physical therapy and occupational therapy teams helped, and truly improved the quality of life for my father. He still has a ways to go, but thanks to the PT and OT staff I believe he will get there. We are grateful to the entire staff for their personalized care that he received. With great, thanks, Terri.

Filthy hell hole. Never received proper meds. Lied to about pain meds being unavailable. Did not change linens at all. Waited hours to change you. Nurse dropped meds on floor and gave them to me to take anyway. I pray that other patients complain to rectify these horrible conditions.

Update ///// my uncle “fell” busted his head wide open his cheek bone, nose and lip were messed up as well. He was so badly dehydrated he also had a UTI !!! This is unacceptable he was there for such a short time now he’s back at the hospital. See last picture!! The nurses were making jokes as well !
First impressions wasn’t impressing! My uncle wasn’t even there two days and nothing has changed! First day my cousin walked in on him hanging half off his bed with ice creme spilled everywhere. Pants that don’t belong to him reeking of pee in the bathroom! He had feces caked to his bottom.
I came the next day to find a drink spilled on the floor next to his pillow, eggs all over the floor, trash randomly scattered on the floor, food dried on his bed side table, stained pillow cases, pee so dark you can tell he wasn’t properly hydrated. Same pee soaked pants reeking in the bathroom! Wish I was able to come earlier in the day but I had to work so the breakfast food just taking up space on the floor which was eggs since breakfast when I got there at 3:30 pm also we were told he had oat mean for breakfast where did the eggs come from. Was also given the food from another person. Not looking good. People please go check on your loved ones since most of the CNA/ nursing staff was just sitting around on their phones and talking to each other. DO BETTER ITS A PAYCHECK TO YOU BUT ITS OUR LOVED ONE!!!!

Leon passed a long awaited swallow test at SLU last Saturday. After speaking to Zak who said he was in charge of Speech therapy he never bothered to come see Leon as I was there at least two hours after my conversation with him.
