Sue and Rebecca, a mother-daughter team, created Family Picnic for parents prenatally and beyond. Supporting parents during pregnancy with Childbirth Education Classes, Breastfeeding Education and Birth Doulas; during infancy with New Mom and Partner Groups, Lactation support, and New Parenting classes; and continued support throughout the toddler years with Play Groups and Classes for Parents and their young child. We know how challenging parenthood can be and want to provide a space for parents to come together to learn, share, and explore different aspects of parenting.

The instructor was great and gave us a lot of useful tips for how be comfortable both before and during the pregnancy. Would highly recommend it. Wish there was another branch of this more closer to downtown. Our only gripe was the commute to this location from Oak Park.
