Most recently, when my mother passed away, Alex took the time to go over every detail with such patience and respect. Shannon at the front desk is always kind, patient, and willing to answer every question with a smile. Elizabeth consistently follows up to see if we need anything, offering comfort and genuine care. Even in our times of grief, Simplify has made each experience as pleasant and comforting as possible. We truly appreciate everything done for our family
