    Cremation services of West Hawaii is amazing! Naomi personally does everything and is quick kind and efficient. The price is great and their urns are beautiful. This was a nice experience for a horrible situation. Thank you Naomi for your patience and care for my family and my grandmother.

    Naomi helped us so much through this process. Dealing with a loved ones passing is hard enough. But she took care of the whole process and kept in touch with us through every step. She did more for us than I can ever ask for.

    It took over a week for the cremation of my pup that I paid over $500 for a private cremation. And then the worst part is that they gave her ashes back in a bag that has a number on it when on their website it states you get a cedar box. Also there was no sort of apology but Naomi for sure did all she could to talk me into the private cremation at $500 instead of the separated at $200. At that point she could have said would you like her back in an upgraded urn or something! But nothing said! With this sort of deception how do I even know that I actually got what I paid for??? Oh and when I asked for the box, Naomi stated that was the old website and they can’t update it. I replied to her then she needs to cancel out that site and create a new website that is accurate. Needless to say I am Very upset! I do not reccomend bringing your beloved pet here!

Also, she walked us step-by-step Through the process on what needs to be completed what to expect after a loved one has passed. We thank you for the love, respect you have shown to our Ohana.

    I really appreciated their kindness and compassion in helping me with my dog. Their service was great. The nice urn for the ashes was a pleasant surprise.
