    Haley was incredible to deal with during this most difficult time of losing my brother. She handled all of my families questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Knowing that my brother was in her care helped me focus on my family and not worry about any details being overlooked. I highly recommend working with Haley, Deanna and Lord & Stephens.

    This was the second time we have used Lord and Stephens Funeral Home. Both times we had a wonderful experience. My Momma passed away in August. We had to wait a few weeks to have her funeral due to Covid in our family. They worked with us and was so patient and understanding. Her service was beautiful. Our funeral director was Dale Rogers. He was truly kind and comforting to my family. His staff was great too. They have since reached out to check on us and send us links to help with our grieving. Could not have ask for a better experience during the loss of our loved one. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Many thanks for your hard, dedicated work!

    Professional to deal with. Listened to what my preferences were and did not push me to overspend. Organized everything for the viewing time and the graveside service.

    When my father-in-law, George Durden, passed away on August 17, 2021 it was the first of several days I would have to work with Lord & Stephens Funeral Home. From the first phone call to picking up of the Death Certificates everyone there was kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. I know it may sound strange to say that a funeral service and burial was perfect, but it was. Everything from the placement of the pictures to the surprise of the three Navy Sailors to perform the Military Honors was perfect. I know he was looking down with a smile and thinking "all this for me".
