I tried to enroll my child here and had the most stressful experience. I did a tour and came back later the same day to drop off the application papers. Didn’t hear back for 3 weeks so I called to check on the status of my childs enrollment and to ask if they needed anything from me before the selected start date. The woman on the phone sounded a little agitated when she answered but i thought nothing of it after she found my child’s info and said there was no issue with the start date I requested. So I show up 3 weeks later with my child like I said I would, only to be told that my kid’s not even in the system and that there was a waitlist the whole time. It was never mentioned on the tour, when bringing the paperwork, or over the phone that there weren’t any available spots for my child- and when I asked the Director why my child wasn't even put on the waitlist nearly 2 months ago she couldn't answer. She asked me who told me i could come that day and I couldn’t remember the name of the female worker that I talked to over the phone, so she told me there wasn’t anything she could do. She offered to waitlist my kid for an opening in 1.5 months which is ridiculous since we already waited for 2, and because I would be going back to work in a few days. I still don’t know why I bothered filling out the paperwork if they weren’t going to use it at all, or why the woman on the phone lied to me. Thankfully my child will be going to a much nicer daycare that got my child enrolled and ready to go within 2 DAYS of this disaster.

This daycare is known for quite a few aknowledged suspected child abuse cases" by (acknowledged) meaning they've been investigated ...unfortunately my child was a victim and didn't last very long there. Others I know who'd taken their child there also has not so good things to say about the director and staff working there. I'm just glad my child is longer there and is happy with the new daycare facility.

The service is adequately priced. The layout of the center is not congested, no overlapping class rooms. The kids are separated by age groups which is great because the after school care do not feel as much like they are in a day care atmosphere. They have games for the after schoolers to play. They offer bonus programs and fund raiser awards. The school age children get to ride a bus and not be over lapping in a van. The staff is pleasurable and address any issues you may have promptly. There is adequate security in the facility. They make sure not just anyone picks up your child. The hours are very convenient compared to other centers. I am over all pleased with the facility and would refer family and friends. I wish I had known about it when my son was an infant up... He has only enrolled in after school care. Based on past day care experiences, if I am blessed with another child, they will attend this facility.
