My daughter has gone to this center since she was 3 months old. She is now in the 3rd grade and she still goes there for after school. Every year, I have had the best teachers for my daughter. Any time issues arose, they were handled quickly and professionally. I can always speak to the the director and assistant director when I need something. I don't trust many people outside of my family with my daughter but I 100% trust my daughter to be in good hands when she is there.

Greetings and Happy Tuesday,
My intention behind providing this review is to share with the public a different perspective about my family’s experience with Childcare Network #251.
I currently have 2 sons, ages 5 (Pre-k) and 2, that have been enrolled at this facility since October 2016 and August 2018, respectively. Since the enrollment of my first son, everyone at the Childcare Network #251 has become like an extension to our family.
Ms. Chelsie and “all” of the staff go out of their way each day to perform the ever-long list of tasks associated with caring for our children. After reading some of the other reviews from parents, I can see their perspective on certain things. However, looking at this from an overall viewpoint, every employee here does their best each day. Please keep in mind, it is not easy caring for our children. I am not saying this to excuse certain behavior. However, all I am saying is that I get it.
Yes, there may have been times when I have seen some teachers literally exhausted. But you know what, instead of criticizing them for giving what may be perceived as less than par service, I offer words of encouragement and let the staff know that they are appreciated. Each time I enter that building, I make sure I bring an abundance of positive energy to “everyone” (the kids included). Periodically, my family has left treats at the front desk for the staff just to say “thank you”. It takes a team effort from everyone involved (parents included) to cultivate our schools into a positive environment. You would be amazed at the level of service received when you take the time to let teachers and staff know you appreciate what they are doing for your child.
In addition to all of the things that other people have mentioned in their comments about what is going wrong with this facility, let’s take a moment to mention all of the positive things that do occur. Since my children have been enrolled here, there has never been a report of any negligence by any of the teachers/staff, no children left behind on school buses, no violent criminal acts, etc. I have seen all of this and more reported at other child care facilities.
In short, I highly applaud Ms. Chelsie and every single teacher and employee at this facility for doing their best. Thank you “tremendously” for all that you all do on a day-to-day basis! :)

Way different than the impression that you get from the tour. My son had never been in a daycare and I was lucky to find an opening. They only had a spot in the older three year old room but told me that they should have an opening soon in the younger room and they would switch him. That never happened. I guess because he was in a room with older kids the teachers kept comparing his behavior from what they expected from a 3/4 years old, it was constant complaints. Then came the constant staff change, I could not keep up with his teachers as they seems to change every month and seemed to be less and less qualified. One day I came to pick up my son and all the kids were in the playground. His teacher called his name and he was no where to be found then she started to get worried so she went inside and my son was coming out of the bathroom and she said oh yeah he’s in the bathroom. I could not imagine there being an emergency and them not even knowing where my son is! It came to the point that I no longer felt comfortable having my son there and had to withdraw him. I gave them two starts for their cleanliness and the front desk lady was nice...
