  I called this facility on Sunday afternoon to ask if the Activities Department accepts donations of activity sheets, books, or similar items. Brandon answered the phone and immediately started talking about interviews and other topics I had not asked about. He told me he didn’t care, talked over me, and when I asked for the Activities Director’s name, he refused to provide it. He also would not transfer me to voicemail. I understand that facilities can be busy on Sundays, but that is no excuse for speaking to callers in a rude and disrespectful manner. When I finally spoke with the Activities staff member, she was very apologetic and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. Brandon would benefit from additional training on professional communication and customer service, especially since first impressions are so important for anyone calling about tours, donations, or placing a loved one.

  Wonderful place! Very homey and welcoming!! The staff is amazing very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for employment and residency for your loved ones!

  I have had a pleasant experience at Manor Lake. The Sales Executive, Lisa Thompson, has been extremely helpful and kind to me. The other staff have been very friendly also. Come join us for a great living experience.

  This facility is the Taj Mahal of assisted living, memory care, and independent living. Tony gave us an incredible tour and I highly recommend Manor Lake Snellville for your loved ones in need of first class senior living.
