-5 Extremely Concerning Experience
— Lack of Safety, Transparency, and Accountability
Our experience at The Goddard School of Peachtree City was deeply disappointing and, frankly, alarming. We chose this school because it is comparably expensive and marketed as a safe, curriculum-based environment. Instead, our daughter was sick and out more days than she attended due to the school’s poor health and safety practices.
When we voiced our concerns to the director and administration, we were repeatedly met with: “Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.” There was no accountability, no solution-seeking, and no genuine concern for our child’s well-being.
What ultimately led us to withdraw our daughter were the severe medical concerns I witnessed firsthand, including conditions at the school that made it clear health protocols were not being followed. Even worse, hand, foot, and mouth disease was present for weeks before we were notified, and when we asked about it, we were given misleading information and outright contradictions. For an early education center, withholding information about contagious illnesses is unacceptable and dangerous.
After withdrawing our daughter for health reasons, the school then tried to pressure us into paying an additional month of tuition—despite the circumstances and despite their failure to maintain a safe environment. It felt less like a school and more like a business prioritizing tuition over children.
Families deserve honesty. They deserve safety. They deserve leadership that takes responsibility instead of dismissing concerns or hiding critical information. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this school!

Three years have passed since my family’s painful experience at this Goddard School location, yet the memory is still as fresh as if it happened yesterday. What should have been a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for my child and us turned into an experience filled with disrespect, lies, discrimination, exclusion, and a lack of compassion that no family should ever have to endure. God bless the families that still walk through those doors.

We have been sending our daughter to Goddard for almost two years. We are extremely happy with her growth and self awareness. We love the ratio and diversity of the each class she has been in. The educators are top tier with compassion and the skills needed to navigate this age group. We made the best decision sending our daughter for pre-k. Thank you Goddard!

In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
