But the emergency line was answered right away and Ryan called me within 10 minutes to discuss arrangements. Ryan gave me all the pricing and option info and told me how to preserve my baby for the night. Ms. Vicki was so sweet and understanding at drop-off. She offered comfort and kind words. She also reached out to me after pick-up with more kind words and condolences. I 100% recommend Harts Petuary during a hard time like this.
