They were very responsive and sympathetic and pricing was very reasonable esp for meeting with us “off hours.” Thank you Harts for lightening the load in our time of grief. Every time I called, I was greeted with compassion, professionalism, and information to help me prepare. During our most difficult time Mr. Chad provided an enormous amount of support. He met us at Nevaeh’s place of departure and provided a dignified removal along with a presence of remorse and concern. Mr. Chad then followed through with finalizing our service requests and closing moments. My husband and I are extremely grateful for the services provided by the Staff at Hart’s Petuary!!!! My Fricka passed away in a Saturday and I was in a frantic mess attempting to find a crematorium. All the ones listed that said 24 hours either didn’t want to help on a weekend or didn’t call me back. As soon as I spoke with Becky I felt reassured that I had finally found someone who cared. She made the process as smooth and painless as it could be considering the circumstances. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and compassion you all have showed from the first phone call.
