Their FEGLI person in the office was only interested in arguing with me and I had to get the decedent's boss on the phone with her for her to accept the information she was being given, they spoke about my account with them to family members that they should not have been speaking to as they weren't the ones who signed the contract and in doing so proceeded to give out my financial information and that of my deceased father's estate which I'm pretty sure is illegal. When I contacted them about the Breach they lied to me about the information that they were giving out. The distinction between general information about their process and when my bank account is open and available are two completely different things. Will never use them again and would not recommend to anyone else. 2 stars because at least the service was nice otherwise I would have given them 1. Posting an edit because I cant respond. I'm not going to be gaslit so you can CYA. I tried to discuss these things and was constantly lied to. Regardless, I was under the assumption that when a contract is signed it's only supposed to be discussed with the person signing that contract. Also, I don't talk to those family members yet somehow they were able to spread information about my contract and when the accounts would be open for me to make payment to members of the family that I talked to. Specific names from your office were dropped. I'm not looking to pursue anything. Just wanted to let the public know the type of business that gets conducted.
