  This facility has the potential to be good but needs the additional resources. Children who are of certain age groups need to be in the correct room to thrive where some of the younger babies are being kept in rooms without the resources they need. Although the pandemic has made things hard on everyone more staff is needed to properly care for the kids. Mrs. Moore was extremely rude when we spoke briefly several weeks back.

  My grand daughter was accepted for Pre- K, almost immediately after my initial call inquiring information last year. She has grown so much since being at Child Care Network 167. The staff treated us like family and provided so much love and emotional support to my 5 years old grand daughter who had relocated from NYC; she is fully equipped for kindergarten thanks to her Pre-K teachers, the Director who gave extra attention to all the children, and to the other teachers/care providers that stood in gap when needed. I was blessed and will be forever grateful, because the Director and Pre-K teachers where even supportive to me, as a grandparent. I am very thankful to Child Care Network 167 and its entire staff.   My 9 month old has been attending this center for 7 months now and he loves it. As soon as we walk in the door we are greeted with smiles. He never cries at being dropped off, and until he makes eye contact with us at pickup. As soon as he sees his teacher he is grinning from ear to ear, which makes me feel so conformable leaving him in their care. He loves Mrs. Vanessa and her staff and it is apparent he gets a lot of love back. Mrs. Vanessa and her excellent, cheerful, hardworking staff make sure that children are cared for in the most loving and caring way. I think we made the best choice by choosing this center for our child. Thank you so much Mrs. Vanessa and all the teachers for caring so much, for nurturing our son and making him so happy every day! We highly recommend Childcare Network 167 to anyone looking for an awesome daycare in Macon, Georgia! -Ms.Lowe

  Awful. If you are a parent and care about the safety of your children, I do not recommend this facility. I called to advise the facility that their driver was playing on her phone while driving the children. I was told that the director was not in the office to speak to and the assistant director was on a bus run. I asked the girl that I spoke to, if the assistant director is the one who regularly drives the bus and was informed that she is. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and I wish I could give a no star rating. If this is the kind of negligence being shone by an assistant director, it makes me wonder what other serious negligence is being tolerated within the facility.
