  If there was an option for zero thats where we would be. Signed up, got notice for orientation. Attended, they had started a 6 week training course the day before and I mentioned to facilitator I wanted to be in class, so did 1 or 2 other potential foster parents. She notated our information and said she would check on it and we should also message who ever invited us. So I did, emailed and left VM no call or response from either. Filled out application as far as I could go. I called in a couple weeks later because i still had not gotten a response and my application had not been pushed through. I was told by Takeithia, the person who all my correspondance and attempts to communicate, that she did not see my email or my VM.(LOL) I was told to contant the site provider about my application, which I did. And they told me she (Takethia) needed to sign her portion of the application to push it through. So I called her back, left a VM and emailed what I was told. Weeks later application still on stuck. Went down to the office to make a complaint. Was told Victoria or Virginia who ever the director of that department was would contact me. This was in early August. I just got a phone call 09/23/2025 saying there were attempts to get in contact with me and they would like to know if I was still interested. Wanted me to sign up for Nov training before the seats filled up, but didnt have a date yet. I explained my concerns about the fabrication that someone tried to contact me. She the director gave me the excuse that they deal with 400 plus families. She then says we have a training that is only 2 classes in and I can offer you to join that class. Oh you mean I have spoken to 3 people about me wanting to get in training as soon as possible and yaw have started another class? I expressed my concerns about their inability to do their jobs and that Takethia needs to be unemployed and considering the lack of customer service before I am even in the door, gives me great pause. She again began to make the excuse of the amount of families they have and I not wanting to hear excuses ended the call abruptly!!!! RUN DON'T WALK.......the ball has been dropped and kicked over the fence. I would rather sign up through the county. Other ppl may have a better experience, just thought I would share.

  Foster Parents have to pickup ska k where their workers aren't available, then reprimand you for meeting the child's needs.

  They are horrible ! Mark my words do not try this agency. They will give you the run around and they are very unprofessional.
