It took me a while to finally come and write this review, but to be honest, I wouldn’t let this establishment babysit a dog — and yes, I say “babysit” because that’s exactly what it felt like when my son attended here.
To be fair, I don’t want to offend the entire staff. There were a few individuals, like Ms. Cehara, who genuinely tried their best to keep things running well. But overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. Bringing my son to daycare became emotionally draining because I rarely felt confident that he was in the best care — especially before he transitioned to the two-year-old classroom. His teacher in that class was honestly the only reason we stayed as long as we did.
There was little to no communication, no structure, and a constant sense of tension among staff that was impossible to ignore. I often had to beg for updates or clarity about my son’s day. When an outbreak of hand, foot, and mouth disease occurred, I wasn’t even notified until after my son had already contracted it. I had to push the center to issue a statement to inform other parents for the safety of their children.
My son also has a seizure disorder, and at one point, a staff member (who no longer works there) took it upon herself to “diagnose” him with autism — completely unprofessional and deeply upsetting. This daycare caused me emotional distress, and even after raising concerns with corporate, nothing meaningfully changed.
The final breaking point came one morning on my way to drop my son off before work, when I got a call saying he couldn’t attend that day or until further notice due to staffing issues. Imagine paying over $10,000 a year for childcare and still facing that kind of instability.
This review isn’t meant to bash anyone, but to warn and inform other parents. Save yourself the stress, and protect your child by choosing another center. I wish someone had warned me before I enrolled my son.

IF YOUR KIDS ATTEND CHILDCARE NETWORK #338, GET THEM OUT OF THERE ASAP. My kids were unenrolled from the school and I was wrongfully terminated on 05/17/24 for standing up for what’s right. I let the parents who kids were mistreated know exactly what I saw. Of course I told the director and corporate but they did not do anything about it. Childcare Network does not care about the kids, ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY. I was let go, management didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know they just placed on suspension without pay and I never heard back but the employees doing the wrongful acts and mistreating kids are STILL WORKING THERE.
My boys started going to your center in March. Exactly 2 months ago to be exact, on March 18th. Within the 2 months of them being there, I was never added to CN Moments as parent and neither was their father to receive daily/weekly updates.
I became employed with you guys on April 23rd. I’ve seen so much wrongdoing that addressed but never got corrected. I was never the problem. I constantly snitched and nothing was done. Everyone didn’t like that I was snitching
I’m listing every employee I’ve seen do wrong and snitched on but yet they’re still employed and I’m out of job and my boys can’t attend school. I DO NOT WANT MY BOYS TO ATTEND THERE AT ALL BECAUSE I KNOW THE STAFF WILL MISTREAT THEM. I’m just letting everyone know how they are and hopes they we change for the better or be shut down
Shamia Thomas and Leah Kurtz Infant teachers allowed baby Banx Williams to continuously choke on his own saliva for a few minutes. I said out loud, Poor baby it sounds like he’s choking are you going to just let him lay there and choke they both responded he always do that as I was exiting the room to tell on them then Leah finally got up to go get him
Shateema Wright-She is aggressive with the kids. She also shoved Phoenix Jones head in a the trash can while there was a large insect in there, laughing while doing so. This took place in the office and I stated I know he’s bad but that’s not cool he’s still a child. You better not ever do that to my boys. I watched Shateema clock Ariana into work and she wasn’t even there yet. She told she always does it. Reported that as well. She brings her son King to work with her often and put him with Ms. Patty or Noelle class but he’s not even enrolled at the school. He attends another school but yet my boys enrolled at y’all school and the teachers keep refusing to watch my son. Help it make sense.
Ariana Walker-From Tuesday May 14th to Friday May 18th my son was denied access to the 1 year room by Ari because Monday evening Shamia took back to them in a group message that I was snitching on them. Stealing company time.
Kanydia Bradley- Allowed my son Lennox to climb and fall 3 times within a 2 week timeframe all 3 times he had a knot/bruise
Blair Broussard-He comes to work high as a kite and never gets sent home. He should not be watching kids under the influence
Noelle Burston-She’s aggressive with the kids as well. Come to work smelling like weed and come back from lunch break smelling like weed but was never sent home. Steals company time.
Joseph and Patsy Rainwater-Joseph makes all kinds of racial slurs and micro aggressions towards the black even made some directly towards me and Brittani Walker the other day and then whenever someone is offended he goes get his mom to defend him.
Breyonna Dean- Never works. Falls asleep on the clock. Talk to her boyfriend Tyrell on her personal phone. Sit in the office and does nothing. Prior to getting hired, when I was just a parent she cussed out your staff in front of me without knowing Ms. Denise has to tell her there was a parent in the building. I also heard her tell another child hit my son again and see what will happened when her son was the one who hit that child first I told Kyera she makes it seems as if her child is above everyone else’s child
