  This place is truly a blessing to me and my family! I especially want to brag on a med tech Jessi she's so good to not only my father but my family. Jessi always has a smile on her face and is willing to help whenever necessary! We are grateful for Manor Lake and Miss Jessi!

  TERRIBLE place to send your loved ones. My mom and dad were both residents for the past few years. My dad passed in later 2024 and was treated horribly. They did not show compassion or kindness in his last days and after he passed away no one from the facility cleaned him up. My sister in law had to do it when she arrived a few hours after he passed. Carolyn and the director are resentful people and will leave your loved ones to struggle and suffer in their final days. He wasn't afforded the respect or dignity a veteran should be shown. If you want your family member to be treated poorly choose this place.If you want kind, compassionate, caring people to look after them send them to Laurel Lodge in Cleveland Georgia. If I could choose no stars I would but I had to select 1 to write this review.

  Tony and Rebecca at Manor Lake Dawsonville are truly exceptional. From the very first interaction, they made the entire experience feel personal, compassionate, and seamless. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care for residents and families goes above and beyond what you would ever expect. Tony brings an incredible level of professionalism and attention to detail, while Rebecca’s warmth and dedication make you feel instantly at ease. Together, they create an environment where families feel supported, heard, and confident in their decisions. You can tell they don’t just work here — they truly care. Manor Lake Dawsonville is lucky to have such outstanding team members. If you’re looking for a community where your loved one will be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect, Tony and Rebecca are the reason this place stands out. Highly recommend!

  I'm very lucky to live close to this lovely facility. The staff treat family member (and me) with TLC, giving her full assistance required for her medical conditions. Many of the staff have become very dear to her over the years, offering her the friendship she lost when she moved here from another state. The fact that this facility also has multiple care levels, excellent onsite physical and occupational therapy, and a salon means almost every important facet for her is covered.

  Manor Lake Dawsonville, from the minute you walk into the door is bustling with Activity And positive energy. Every staff member I have ever had an encounter with, whether passing each other in the hallway or helping with an event, is happy and shows great initiative to help one another. The community is beautifully decorated, clean, and feels like home as you sit in front of the fireplace, talking with friends. The memory care community is exceptional with their programming and compassionate care.
