He has helped me significantly in the few months that I have known him, to the point that I can barely even conceive of being in the headspace I was prior to starting our sessions. The concepts and techniques he has shared with me have helped me through some serious rough patches, and have helped me to be a better person who is more confident and comfortable with who I am.
