  Member of the staff physically shoved my daughter to prove a point. I’ve emailed the director and my husband went to the daycare to talk with someone and was told that the director would follow back up with us and I’ve yet to hear anything. Most of the staff is wonderful and it stinks the actions of one member ruined an experience for our daughter. We have unenrolled her and are having to explain why she can’t see the teachers and friends she’s made while being here.

  The worst daycare experience ever . I do not recommend this daycare it’s not clean , safety neither friendly . Every child should have a good experience with daycare while their guardians etc are busy.

  My son went here for Pre-K, and though his year was cut short due to the pandemic I had more than enough time to observe his teachers and the rest of the staff. Overall it was a great place. My shy guy was always excited to go to school and see his teachers and friends. Though he is a picky eater at times he liked the meals they served. The curriculum was age appropriate and he learned a great deal. I plan to send my youngest here for Pre-K in the fall too.

  Do NOT I repeat do NOT leave your children at this place. The front door is always unlocked, the front desk will be unmanned and anyone could just walk right in and take a child. Today, though, today took the cake. I walked in to get my grandson and again, was able to walk right through - no one even asked me for an ID. Keep in mind, I do not normally pick him up so they should have definitely stopped me. I go to my grandson's classroom and stop to watch through the glass window. I always like to check out what is going on - is he happy? Playing with the other children? I see the children sitting in a semi circle on the floor with their backs to me. I then see the "teacher" walk over to a little boy, pick him up and then slam him down against a bookcase. I flew into the classroom outraged and then saw it was MY grandson!!!!! I insisted the police be called and I pressed charges. He will NEVER step foot in that place EVER again! Do NOT leave your children here.

  I love this place! The managers are extremely helpful and flexible, i dont ever wonder if my kids are safe or mistreated (now there are some biters but thats anywhere you go), and they seem to urgently resolve any issue. My 2 children have been going for nearly a year and i will continue to use CN in Dacula. Keep in mind when choosing a daycare that when you are dealing with so many kids in different situations and some employees come and go, you're going to have some complaints. Again, that is anywhere you go! For the quality of care and the peace of mind, their prices aren't outrageous. A manager will call you and tell you if your child seems sick or if there is an incident or needs particular things/clothes or if there is any billing misunderstanding. 5/5 Thank you CN :)
