Absolutely amazing infant room! Ms Gabby is the best and so is director Lynne. We were at another Childcare network in Columbus prior and were unhappy, and just finished our first week here and are beyond satisfied! My child absolutely loves Ms Gabby, I pick him up and he’s SO happy every day.

This is the most unprofessional staff especially Katrina , I would recommend to take your kids elsewhere if you want them safe

The only reason I am giving 3 stars for this facility is because of the teachers!! Ms. Ameeta, Ms. Marie, Ms. Iman, and Ms. Paige. These wonderful individuals made me feel at ease when leaving my daughter at daycare for the first time. My 2 year old daughter is non-verbal and I really worry about how she is being treated because she cannot inform me of what is going on. With that being said, I didn't worry after a couple of weeks because these women are genuine and truly love their job and the kids. Ms. Iman was able to inform me on how to obtain affordable and convenient speech therapy for my child which I am extremely grateful for.
Now on to the negative, the DIRECTORS!! When we first signed my daughter up the assistant director stated she has an open door policy and is always available but yet everytime you walk into the facility the door is closed!! Most of the time the Director is no where to be found nor have I ever truly seen either one of them interacting with a CHILD! I have another child that is 17 and he attended one daycare (The Growing Room) from the age of 3 months old to 5 years of age. When I say those directors were so involved in every aspect of the daily functions of the center, it was just awesome. These directors don't truly care about the kids because if they did they would step in when staffing is short and show their staff that they can be depended on. I withdrew my child today and was informed by the director that I did not have a balance and nothing needed to be done on my end. I later received a phone call from the assistant director stating I owe a $100 registration fee! She began in June and now all of a sudden it is due in October??? She claims she informed us when we first enrolled my daughter ( which was a lie)but yet you never told us that we needed to sign our daughter in and out, never informed us that we could make tuition payments online until they accidently charged my card $1500 instead of $157.50. Then when this occurred I had to wait until the Director arrived at 11AM and the issue still was not resolved until after noon. I drop my daughter off around 9am, no director or assistant director is ever there!!! What if an emergency occurs??? Like I said previously the teachers are awesome and it was such a blessing to have them in my child's life.
Childcare Network you need to appreciate your teachers and realize they are the reason most parents stay!

Do not take your kids here. Teachers are mean, and abusive towards kids. No cameras here, bad attitudes once the door is closed. This is your warning.

Awesome school! My oldest daughter loves the teacher and her classmates. The director always has fun filled activities for the children to do and the school is always so nice and clean.
