    Haley Burns at Lord & Stephens was so kind and so patient about all the questioning we had. She treated us so well, she explained the process in great detail. She was so respectful about the arrangements. We are glad we chose this establishment. She was so compassionate and understanding about our loss.. Service over all was amazing. We definitely recommend for your loved ones!

    I recently met with Ray Finger to discuss pre-need planning for a family member. Ray was fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Ray has the ability to put the information he provides into layman's terms, and he was able to answer all of my questions immediately and with ease. It is obvious he knows what he doing. As such, he made the entire process very smooth and easy to navigate. I highly recommend Ray as well as Lord and Stephens.

    I do not feel as though five stars is enough. Yesterday I lost my bestfriend of 11 years. My loving Pittie. Lindsie met with us and was so compassionate and caring that I could tell that she genuinely cared. She was not just "doing her job". You could tell that she has a love for people and animals and it shows! She went above and beyond for me and my little family. I trusted leaving my Max with her completely. I dont think that I could brag enough on her. This girl and I could be friends. You guys are very lucky to have her on your team. Shes amazing.
