  My wife and I recently attended a presentation given by Anne Swartz. She was professional and informative. As discussing cremation is a subject that can be uncomfortable, she addressed the group with honesty and sincerity. It was obvious that she is committed to helping families make informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed. The session we attended gave us a lot to think about. A few weeks later we called Anne and said that we ready to finalize our arrangements with Baldwin Brothers. Anne was easy to work and never made us feel pressured. A pleasant experience with an unpleasant topic.

Her professionalism and thoughtfulness were exactly what we needed to follow through with this very necessary, although difficult step.   I HIGHLY recommend them. The director Dillion was AMAZING!!!!!! He was so comforting, compassionate, professional and patient with me as I went through the loss of my mother last month. He was a godsend in the most difficult time of my life.
