  At first I thought the place was beautiful, very homey, a place I wanted to go to, it didn’t take long for that to change. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I thought a lot of me not knowing what was going on was because of pregnancy brain or something. The more we got involved the more I realized they didn’t know what they were doing. They were not informative on what was going on at all. I felt in the dark which made me feel very uncertain. They have a $500 registration fee which they were very focused on getting and they also require educational birthing classes ($250) in order for them to deliver the baby. I told them I could go somewhere else for cheaper. They weren’t sure that would be okay. I started having panic attacks during my pregnancy. I called them to ask if I should go to the ER. They couldn’t give me an answer for one. They told me I would be able to view all my lab test results online which I thought was cool but when some time had gone by, I kept checking, but they were not updated. I sent an email to find out what they were and I ended up having a complication. Outside issues came up. They weren’t able to handle it. I had to take over to get it done. It took them 2 days to send in a prescription which ended up being the wrong one. They said it was the pharmacies fault but when I went in for my anatomy scan they didn’t fill out the paperwork properly there either. I was really looking forward to having a natural birth. Although, I’m glad this happened because I’d hate to give birth there not feeling confident they could handle it.

  My wife was going here. The quality of care was low. She had to hound them down to get her test results which resulted in a complication. They were not proactive at getting it resolved when issues outside the birthing center arose. The complication threatens pregnancy so we thought they would have more of a sense of urgency. She was looking for a place that would look out for her and the babies well being. With a $500 registration fee we imagined the care would be at a higher standard. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The receptionist stated they were going through a transition. Our transition was higher on the priority list so we chose to go somewhere that would take care of us the right way. They do have a beautiful facility and a lot of nice way they do things, but they weren’t capable on following through.

  This place is amazing! It’s super clean and very warm and inviting! The staff is amazing as well!
