- JLJudy LawrenceApr 27, 20235.0I am a snowbird from Rochester, New York. I came to Brookdale PGI five months ago. My stay has been so exciting! The activities have been fun and interesting. You can choose to participate in any or none of the activities. I usually go to one or two of the six choices a day. The staff are welcoming, friendly, caring and helpful. They are lots of fun to be with! I have also been impressed with the quality of the food. I am a vegetarian and have been happy with the variety I have been served. I love the warm and loving atmosphere at my new home. It's like a big happy family. I am sad to be leaving, but am happy for all the new friends- both staff and residents, I have made. I can't wait to come back next winter!!

We cannot give High Enough ratings to Brookdale and the entire staff for the wonderful treatment they gave to our mother. The director and his staff were always available to us and always there to help us with any questions/concerns, etc. We highly recommend Brookdale to those in need of an assisted living situation.

Especially when I’m a “snow bird” and Dad didn’t want to go back to snow. Luckily we visited Brookdale Assisted Living in Punta Gorda, Florida. After meeting with the staff and taking a tour, Dad and I felt we’d found the perfect place to meet our needs. I’m so glad we did. Brookdale is a small community with a family atmosphere. All of the staff go above and beyond. They even assist Dad making FaceTime calls to me. Jessica, who is the Health and Wellness director, calls me regularly with updates on Dad. I can’t offer enough praises of Brookdale Assisted living in Punta Gorda, Florida.
