While there were some staff changes in the first year, things eventually stabilized, and the care and support greatly improved. Mary, the activities director, is truly wonderful—she brings energy and joy to the community. Kristie, the nursing director, has been equally amazing—professional, compassionate, and attentive. The staff is caring, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. I’m grateful we placed our parents in a place where they were treated with dignity and kindness, especially in their final years. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Conway to others.
