- PLPamela LampkinDec 31, 20251.0Brookdale Paddock Mills it’s like a red shiny apple, it’s good until you get to the core. Jane Flanders is the director of this facility. She never returned emails and she avoided you if she saw you in the hall because of the issues there at the facility. Such as; items missing constantly, no weekly baths, rooms not cleaned daily and NEGLIGENCE. I had to take my husband to the emergency room because he wasn’t given his meds for 5 days. I was told the night nurse never logged in his med, so 5 days no medication. He had several visits to his primary care physician due to him not being taken care off. Elkie is the supervisor in the memory care unit however she never had any answers to why things were so bad. She spent her days close to the television showing videos, that was their activities for the day. Amanda, while doing the intake she makes you think this is the best place ever. I am so sure she doesn’t have a love one there. Overall I removed my husband after 2 months, due to lack of getting showers, complaints never addressed by Jane, mostly because his doctor suggested to remove him because of the 4 visits in 1 month due to negligence.

EscalonaOct 23, 20255.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Care and Compassionate Staff My mother, Lilia, has been receiving care in the dementia wing at Brookdale at Paddock Hills ALV, and I can’t say enough good things about this community. From day one, the staff has treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. They go above and beyond to make sure she feels safe, comfortable, and loved every single day. The team truly understands the challenges that come with memory care, and they handle every situation with professionalism and compassion. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and filled with warmth — you can tell they care deeply about their residents. I’m especially grateful for the open communication and support they provide to families. Knowing my mother is in such good hands gives me tremendous peace of mind. Thank you, Brookdale at Paddock Hills, for giving my mom the dignity and quality of life she deserves. You’ve made a difficult journey much easier for our family, and we will always be grateful.
