- YBYamilette B2 days ago5.0We’ve been part of this preschool community for about two and a half years, and it has been such a wonderful experience for our family. Our oldest graduated VPK last year, and we couldn’t be happier with the foundation the school helped build. My kids are always happy to go to school, which speaks volumes about the environment. I feel very tranquil leaving them each day because I truly feel they are safe, loved, and well cared for. We absolutely love the sense of community here; warm, welcoming, and genuinely connected. The teachers are incredible, and the diversity among both staff and students creates a rich, inclusive atmosphere that our family appreciates so much. The administrators and leadership team are outstanding. Principal Ms. Kim and Ms. Krizia are both professional, attentive, and always approachable. They bring so much heart and organization to the school. And the owners, Kunal and his wife Amisha, are exceptional; kind, friendly, always available, and deeply committed to the children and families they serve. The school offers so many wonderful activities throughout the year, including holiday events and special celebrations, which make the experience even more memorable for the kids. Everything is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully organized. We’re so grateful to be part of this school and highly recommend it to any family looking for a positive, nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment for their children.

One of my favorite advantages is that they allow you to bring your own food, which gives parents full control over dietary restrictions and helps keep a healthier, more consistent eating schedule, something many other schools don’t offer. They are always hosting fun events for both the children and the parents; Easter celebration, Trunk or Treat, Christmas Picnic, and more. They even offer a designated “date night,” where they watch your kids for two hours so parents can enjoy a break, which we truly appreciate. The growth my daughter has experienced since joining this school has been incredible. There is very little turnover among teachers, which creates a safe, comfortable, and stable environment for the kids. The staff is responsive, friendly, and always willing to work with parents in so many ways. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

They do a great job for the children. The building is new and modern. We really enjoyed our time there.

The teachers are incredibly creative, especially Ms. Evelyn in the Pre-school 2 class, who inspired my daughter’s love for art. The school is vibrant and active, offering daily activities like dancing, yoga, and gym, which keep the children happy and energized. She especially loved the summer activities, like Water Day, and the special visits from professionals such as musicians, veterinarians, and dentists, which made learning extra fun and engaging. She’s made great friends and always comes home excited to share the interesting things that happened during the day. The families in the school community are warm and kind, and we’ve built friendships with them as well. We definitely recommend this school to our neighbors!

The staff in just ONE year has become like our extended family. They have taken care of our son like their own, have taught him, nurtured him, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Immediately upon entering you feel the love. Every one of Vinny’s teachers has been an absolute angel, but we have to give a special shout out to Miss Rose. She is like a second mother to all these children and my son literally cried when he found out it was his last day in her VPK class. Thank you guys. Thank you for everything.

Yes, The Goddard School® is an early learning institution that focuses on the social, emotional, physical and academic development of children from infancy to pre-k. Our highly trained and motivated faculty develop experiential lesson plans for all age groups that reflect the skills, abilities and interests of the children in each classroom.

What is a typical day at The Goddard School like?
In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills. Teachers support children as they investigate the world around them. Children learn how to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings.
Our teachers expertly create supportive classrooms for all children to safely learn and test new social, academic and physical skills throughout a typical routine that includes morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, naptime, exploration time, small and large group experiences and outdoor play.
What types of qualifications do Goddard School teachers and caregivers have?
Our experienced Goddard School teachers meet all state and/or local regulations and have access to continuous training provided by their state and our own Goddard University. We train teachers on a regular basis in health and safety regulations, education standards and more.
Can any of the families in the School opt out of vaccinating their children?
In many states, children who are not vaccinated because of exemptions based on medical condition or sincerely held religious beliefs attend The Goddard Schools. If your child is not vaccinated, please contact the owner of The Goddard School to inquire as to whether exemptions may apply as not all exemptions are recognized in every state. To ensure the health and safety of everyone, if an outbreak occurs and a child has not been vaccinated, they will be asked to stay at home.
What supplies do I need to provide for my child?
Please provide any necessary personal care supplies for your little one, such as diapers, wipes, a change of clothing and naptime bedding. For infants, please supply a crib sheet. For toddlers and older children please bring a blanket and/or sleeping bag. Many of our locations also ask that you pack lunch for your child each day.
