    No one available to take your call. I'm not sure why people think it's acceptable to not have an employee dedicated to answering phones during normal business hours (9-5). You are literally taking on the responsibility of other people's children, but parents can't get a hold of you?!?!?!? That's not okay.

    We’ve had the pleasure of having Holly care for our 11-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly dependable, warm, and engaging with both of our children. Holly has been a huge help with school projects—patiently guiding our son through his work—and always finds creative and fun ways to keep our daughter entertained, from imaginative games to hands-on crafts. She’s a wonderful presence in our home, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of our family's support system.

    We have now used Holly several times and our daughters love her. She is kind, fun, and detail oriented. We don’t have to worry when we leave our kids, we know they are in good hands. Our 4 year old always gets so excited with Holly is coming over and that says something! From punctuality to courtesy, Holly is wonderful!
