Warm, welcoming feeling from the moment we were greeted at the door to the managers, cooks and caregivers we met. Questions were about our family and what our parents need, not the high-pressure “sign now or you’ll regret it when someone falls and gets hurt at home” scare-tactic pitches experienced elsewhere. Not the lowest prices, but Mom always says, “You get what you pay for,” so we’re choosing Brookdale DeLand.
