Review for Childcare Network on Brookmeade I’m writing this review with a very heavy heart and a deep sense of concern for any parent considering Childcare Network on Brookmeade. My 11-month-old child had been attending this daycare and, up until recently, we had no major issues. However, everything changed when I received a phone call notifying me that my baby had sustained a large bump on his head—a call that came six hours after the incident had occurred. What’s even more alarming is that no one can tell me what happened. There is no camera footage available, and no clear explanation has been provided. I’ve been met with silence, vague responses, and no sense of urgency or responsibility. It feels as though this situation is being brushed under the rug rather than investigated seriously. I’ve tried to get answers, but I have been left in the dark. The staff have offered no real support or accountability. There was one adult at the time of the incident, and yet I have not seen any action taken to investigate her role to ensure this doesn’t happen to another child. This is not just a bump or an accident—it’s a violation of trust. As parents, we leave our babies in the care of professionals expecting them to be safe, protected, and treated with love. My baby was hurt, and I wasn’t even told until hours later. That’s unacceptable. I’m sharing this because I want parents to be aware. Please, do your research and ask the hard questions. No parent should have to experience this type of fear, frustration, and helplessness. I am calling for those responsible to be held accountable. This cannot and should not be ignored.

This center took such great care of both of my girls! After being a stay-at-home mom for 3 years, I was more anxious about putting my girls in daycare than going back to work. My girls were 1 and 3 when they started and we never had a single issue in the 2 years they spent here before we moved. The staff genuinely cares about the kids and I never had to worry.

I transferred my son here from another location when he was 1 1/2, he’s now 3. We love everyone at this location. My sons teacher Arivette, I could write a book on her alone…just know my son loves her so so much! We are always greeted when we walk in every morning/afternoon by Kelly, Liz & Tee. The love they have for my son warms my heart & if I could rate more stars I most definitely would!!!

If you have a Special needs child DO NOT enroll them at this daycare. The teachers are NOT trained nor qualified to care for children with Autism or children with behaviors.
