- LRLuis Rodriguez5 days ago1.0I called them to ask about the services they offer, but first I asked if they had staff who spoke Spanish since it was for my mother and she only speaks Spanish. The person who answered told me I would have to find someone to translate for her. So, in case she had an emergency, there would be no one to help her. I don't think this is the right place for my mom or for people who don't speak English. Sad but true

Staff turnover should tell you something when everyone is leaving. Short staffed is a understatment. Anyone can walk in on the weekends in the afternoons. We had an issue with the room rate in the beginning, was told one price from salesperson and received contract with totally different number. They will say anything to get you in..........beware
