  I called them to ask about the services they offer, but first I asked if they had staff who spoke Spanish since it was for my mother and she only speaks Spanish. The person who answered told me I would have to find someone to translate for her. So, in case she had an emergency, there would be no one to help her. I don't think this is the right place for my mom or for people who don't speak English. Sad but true

  Jerresa is absolutely amazing. You can tell that she really cares about patients. My aunt is a resident here And she always raves about how Jerresa is attentive and makes her laugh with her jokes. Thanks Jerresa, you really are making a difference ♥️

  Unfortunately my relative passed away. Place is dirty, food is mediocre. My Aunt had more visits from pest control. Staff turnover should tell you something when everyone is leaving. Short staffed is a understatment. Anyone can walk in on the weekends in the afternoons. We had an issue with the room rate in the beginning, was told one price from salesperson and received contract with totally different number. They will say anything to get you in..........beware

  If you have a loved one or you need a place to stay where you can attend to all your own needs then this might be a good place for you to stay. However if you have a loved one who needs assistance with almost every thing, then this is not the place for you to live. My loved one was here for roughly ten days and went down hill. They lost weight and were not getting any exercise. The staff never tried to get them out of bed or seemed to be around when they were needed. In fact one evening we found our loved one trying to get our of bed and had been pushing the button for assistance. No one came even after we had waited for 30 minutes. After we assisted with the bathroom we went looking and found only one person watching television. When asked why they didn't come they said it wasn't their responsibility. We never found the other person who was working the floor and we believe they actually left the complex. Again, depending on your needs, this might be a wonderful place to stay, but if you need full care, 24/7, I can not recommend this place.
