I know many of the teachers in the center have been working there for many years, and seeing my daughter enjoy being around them makes me assured that she’s safe and happily growing up.

The teachers and administrators are warm and caring, and we feel such a personal connection to them all. My child has thrived in the classroom and in the social relationships he has developed with his friends and teachers. We are grateful to the center for making our family feel like a part of a community, and the other families an extension of our own. My child is safe and happy, and his teachers have built and maintained an environment where he is encouraged to be creative, curious, and kind. Since the reopening, the health protocols have only increased our sense of safety and personal connection with teachers, staff, administrators, and other families. My son loves school—what a gift to him and to us! I highly recommend Bright Horizons at Concord Plaza!

We have been so pleased with the thoughtful, age appropriate, and fun curriculum. I especially like their caring and age appropriate approach to social and emotional needs and skill building. The teachers and directors are kind, professional, and do a great job frequently communicating with me about each child. I use their app to view photos and check in my kiddos throughout the day. The center has implemented and communicated a thorough protocol to protect kids and staff in the midst of COVID. Five stars is not enough - I highly recommend this center. Our kids have thrived there, and our family is so grateful for how the staff cares for & supports our family.
