I know many of the teachers in the center have been working there for many years, and seeing my daughter enjoy being around them makes me assured that she’s safe and happily growing up.

I feel so confident leaving my son in the care of the staff there, and I trust that he is safe and being well taken care of. Everyone in the building seems to know him, even if they aren't his teachers. The facility is well maintained and very clean. I also appreciate that there aren't extra charges based on when you pick up or drop off. They also have very few days when they are closed, which seems to be pretty different from other local centers that might close for a full week around certain holidays. As someone who works full time, this is extremely helpful. I 100% recommend this center for anyone who is looking.

The teachers and administrators are warm and caring, and we feel such a personal connection to them all. My child has thrived in the classroom and in the social relationships he has developed with his friends and teachers. We are grateful to the center for making our family feel like a part of a community, and the other families an extension of our own. My child is safe and happy, and his teachers have built and maintained an environment where he is encouraged to be creative, curious, and kind. Since the reopening, the health protocols have only increased our sense of safety and personal connection with teachers, staff, administrators, and other families. My son loves school—what a gift to him and to us! I highly recommend Bright Horizons at Concord Plaza!
