- JSJulie StevensonJan 6, 20235.0My father was in Brookdale for almost 2 years. My entire experience with the staff and administration was caring and supportive from the start. Genevieve made it possible to be able to place my father there by giving me the proper information and advice. Cheryl made sure his stay was organized and communicated with the staff to reassure my father had what he needed. Lisa was diligent about the nursing care he needed and communicated a plan of strategy that was beneficial for my father. Hope explained the financial end throughly and worked through some tedious tasks that involved a lot of back and forth communication and paperwork.Larry, Jess, Susan are super friendly and really make it feel like a family. The second you walk through the doors you are encountering individuals that are kind, loving and professional.

Brookdale keep us informed about both Dolores and the activities at the facility. During the pandemic, they have been awesome and no resident has contracted COVID-19. We are very pleased and she loves everyone there!

We hope in the near future to see more positive changes taking place, we would consider entertaining once again!
