Heartfelt Appreciation for Exceptional Care at Montowese My mother was a resident at Montowese for the last five years before her recent passing. I wanted to express my sincere and heartfelt appreciation for the staff's dedication and compassion. My mother was a challenging client at times, often using harsh words or physical actions towards the staff. Yet, their response was always the same: "Don't worry, we love your mom." They truly demonstrated that love in her final days, spoon-feeding her when she could no longer eat on her own and holding her hand when we had to step away. The entire team—from the nurses and CNAs to the cleaning staff, recreation department, and management—treats residents with genuine affection. It is common to see staff members hugging residents, providing special comforts, or engaging them in joyful singing and dancing. Furthermore, the facility is consistently clean, and the improvements made by the new owners and upper management are evident and impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Montowese. While there are too many staff members to list by name, I am eternally grateful for how they treated my mother as one of their own.
