At The Goddard School located in Monroe, we're more than just a daycare. The Goddard School is a private preschool, offering childcare to infants and toddlers to pre-k. Our programs are designed to nurture each child's curiosity in a safe and caring environment.
I love Goddard school of Monroe. Me and my husband are very lucky parents our son is able to attend the preschool programme here (we waited for the spot a year). We left other daycare because they wouldn’t treat my son nice there. Goddard school has been amazing with my son, his preschool teachers love him, they help him to understand what’s going on in the classroom, help him to learn new words, respond with love when he gets frustrated and every morning at drop off he runs to them with hugs. As mother of 3, I feel blessed I found the daycare that’s amazing fit for my son, where he is loved and grows daily and I can have piece of mind during the work day he is being loved and well taking care of. I can’t thank Goddard school enough for what they have done for my family ❤️
And it s fun place to be , there is always something going on and entertaining 🙂
Thank you thank you thank you.

I cannot say enough great things about The Goddard School of Monroe! All three of my children attend/have attended this school and they always went to school and left school truly happy. Kim, the owner is amazing and so knowledgeable. The director, Heather, as well as Liz and Mariah are so supportive, helpful, and a joy to interactive with on a daily basis. The teachers are truly amazing, and love each and every child. One of many qualities that has attracted me to The Goddard School Monroe is the retention of teachers and staff. Many of the teachers that work at the Goddard School of Monroe have been there for at least 5-10 years and seem genuinely happy to be working there. This speaks volumes of how wonderful the management is and how this trickles down to the teachers. I highly recommend The Goddard School of Monroe.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Goddard Monroe! When we were exploring day care options from out of state, the team was extremely responsive and even offered a virtual tour, which helped us feel confident in our decision during a time of many transitions. From the very beginning, we felt comfortable, welcomed, and supported.
Our son’s teachers have been especially kind and caring, and it’s clear they truly enjoy what they do. The communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel in the loop! We also appreciate the fun events that Goddard hosts—it really creates a sense of community for both children and families.
Overall, we are very grateful for the care our son has received and highly recommend Goddard Monroe to any family looking for a warm, supportive environment.

The Goddard School has been an incredible experience for our family! Our son has grown so much since starting here — academically, socially, and in his confidence. His teachers are genuinely caring, patient, and invested in every child’s development. He comes home excited about his day, the activities he’s done, and the new things he’s learned, which speaks volumes about the environment they’ve created.
We also really appreciate the consistent communication and daily updates. Can’t tell you how much I look forward to the daily pictures — they truly make our day! It gives us such peace of mind knowing exactly how his day went and seeing how engaged he is in the classroom. The school is clean, organized, and very well managed.
Most importantly, our son truly loves going to school each morning. Seeing him walk in with a smile and leave just as happy reassures us that he’s in the right place. We’re incredibly grateful for the impact The Goddard School has had on his growth and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive, and high-quality early education program.

What is a typical day at The Goddard School like?
In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills. Teachers support children as they investigate the world around them. Children learn how to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings.
Our teachers expertly create supportive classrooms for all children to safely learn and test new social, academic and physical skills throughout a typical routine that includes morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, naptime, exploration time, small and large group experiences and outdoor play.
