- VVvictoria vickyOct 25, 20191.0Warning!!!! My mother went to rent an apartment here. The apartment was dirty when she was set to move in. The cabinets were too high for her to reach. When she changed her mind about living here they charged her nearly 14k to get out of her contract. The food is not very good as well. Be aware.

They have a handful of rooms leased for patient families that don't fit in the hospital apartments (during construction of new building). We had a great experience here. They don't offer everything they offer to their senior residents of course but we enjoyed our stay none the less. Residents always seemed happy, neighboring units were kind. Laundry service for linens and free laundry available for our personal stuff. General store on our floor available for convenience items and cards. Free hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby. Nice units, quiet and comfortable. Furniture is mostly older but very roomy floorplans and well kept. Lots of closet, linen, pantry space. Nice outdoor area, 5 minute stroll to the hospital. Art bus picks up right out front and can Uber many nearby places for low costs. Would recommend to anyone.
