I live out of state and had limited time to search. Her and I visited several places and Brookdale seemed to check all the boxes and my mom said it seemed like home to her. I should have paid attention to the red flag being all the portable air conditioners in the lobby. But I didn't, and my mom was happy. Well, for a little over a year, my mom is not happy and I'm furious! She won't move yet, because of the strain it has caused her thus far! I hope you have better luck than we did!
