Rosalie heads up the group and she is wonderful. Whenever I have a question or there ate any issues, she is always available to my brother and I. She responds immediately if I have questions, and also keeps us informed. Rosalie and her staff are amazing and always keeps up with our Mom. Rosalie is very straight foreword and always responds to any inquiries we may have. My brother and I feel very supported by Roslies and staff, and feel very comfortable that our Mom is being well taken care of. I can't express enough how that makes us feel. If you had ten stars, I would gladly rate Rosalie and her staff there. We love where our Mom is, and how well she is taken care of and supported.

The staff was super and made sure my parents were especially well cared for during Covid. When their needs became greater they moved to Assisted Living. I just can't say enough about Rosalie and her amazing staff. I always had a peace of mind that my parents' needs were being met in a caring and timely manner. My mom was there for five months and became great friends with the staff that cared for her. I will always be grateful for my parents' time at Brookdale.
