- CNCindy NewellSep 20, 20251.0We were at Brookdale for about 7 weeks. For the most part, I liked Brookdale for my husband. Then we had a change in care, and we were billed for charges that we were told we wouldn't be charged for if we moved my husband. We moved him out of the facility and we were lied too and additional charges were billed to us. I would NOT use this facility. I was not able to get this issue resolved after several attempts.

The facility was beautiful including a relaxing outdoor area. Staff were kind, prompt and very helpful throughout his stay. We can't thank them enough for the gracious hospitality and caring presence.
