I can’t rave enough about our experience with this school! Having experienced some truly regrettable and borderline negligent situations with other area schools, Mary Ellen and her team have truly been a breath of fresh air! The curriculum is top notch, and the genuine care experienced by the kiddos and their families is so very obvious. The word that best describes our experience is Community. I will continue to shout their praises from the highest of rooftops!

When choosing a daycare for our daughter I remember visiting four different places and when I went to the Goddard at Quincy I immediately saw they were different.
It all starts with Ms Karen sharing the education goals and you can tell she knows what she is talking about! Then, you have Ms MaryEllen making sure everything happens in the best way of your family’s interests. The owner is always there and you can tell they have a purpose in what they do. The teachers work there for many
years which speaks a lot about the place. The majority of others school have really high turnovers which impacts the students environment.
In my experience, they go above and beyond to create a safe, loving, and fun environment where our daughter has learned so much but also grown in confidence and happiness. I truly love how they engage with parents on the events and also how they constantly innovate with activities for the kids: water play, pet zoo in class, etc!
We are so grateful to have found this school and will have our second daughter joining when she is older!

Our daughter has been going to this school since she was 13 months old (now almost 3) and we can’t say enough good things. All of the staff are all wonderful and love the kids. It also feels very safe which was one of our requirements. I’ve never once had any concerns and I’m so grateful we found this place.

In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills. Teachers support children as they investigate the world around them. Children learn how to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings.
Our teachers expertly create supportive classrooms for all children to safely learn and test new social, academic and physical skills throughout a typical routine that includes morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, naptime, exploration time, small and large group experiences and outdoor play.
